Moreover, I must recognize the hotel reservations team, led by Ms. Nimah, for exceptional assistance in organizing my excursions, safaris, and tours. They went above and beyond, seamlessly setting up every detail with precision and care. Whether it was arranging transportation, choosing the best safari operators, or recommending hidden gems in Mombasa, their expertise elevated my entire vacation. Thanks to their meticulous planning, I was able to experience the very best that Kenya has to offer. The facilities are impeccably maintained, both the rooms and the public areas. If you're planning a trip to Mombasa, I can easily recommend Pride Inn Flamingo Hotel as the ideal place to stay.

The food was great and staff like Elosy and Hope and the concierge team left very pleasant memories.

I paid for half board with breakfast and one meal included. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet with a wide spread of hot, cold, pastries and fruit. There's too much variety hence something for everyone.

Brenda was also amazing — helpful, welcoming, and very supportive. The hotel environment is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious, the food was delicious, and everything was run with such care. I felt safe, valued, and well taken care of throughout my stay. I’ll definitely be back again. I had a great stay at PrideInn Flamingo in Mombasa. The location is beautiful — the hotel is right by the ocean, with both a sandy beach and a rocky coastline. Part of the hotel is actually built on the rocks, which gives you a stunning view from the pool down to the ocean. The pool itself is fantastic, although towel service can be a bit slow. It’s supposed to start at 9am, but on some days, towels weren’t available until nearly 10am. Aside from that, the service was excellent — the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The food was very good. If you can, I highly recommend going for the all-inclusive option. Otherwise, meals are charged at 4,000 KES each, but there’s also an à la carte menu with more affordable options. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit dated. A bit of renovation and more modern decor would really elevate the experience. Still, it’s a lovely hotel overall and I enjoyed my time there.
